I have kept very busy days.
I received some of seafood from my friend lives in Hamada Shimane.
Sashimi was great!
Donchicchi Aji was the best aji in my life!

1st Ancora Pinot Grigio 2020 1000 yen
I call this one “Miracle 1000 yen Wine”.
It is made from 100% Pinot Grigio grown in Lombardia Italy.
I felt elegant fruits, clean acidity and comfortable mouthfeel.
The style was really pure and natural.
It was so tasty as well.
It was very good for sashimi today, too.
2nd Cescon Cabernet NV 1150 yen
It is made from 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Cabernet Franc grown in Veneto.
It is a very elegant style Cabernet.
I felt fresh fruits, good acidity and soft tannin.
It is a light body red wine but the flavor is typical Cabernet.
It is far different from Chile Cabernet Sauvignon.
Personally, I prefer this Veneto Cabernet.
