May 21
It was the second day in Osaka.
I had a wine tasting seminar at Hanshin Department Store Umeda.
The wine shop was remodeled last month.
Here is one of the largest and the best choice wine shops in Japan.
Especially, Japan wine select is excellent.
The tasting wine is Chase the Grape, which is my Relax Wine.
The instructor is Mr. Dai NAITO, who is the winemaker of Chase the Grape.
I supported him.
It was a tricky assignment because he is my son…
We served two bottles, Chenin Blanc made in South Africa and Field Blend made in Japan.
Chenin Blanc was my last stock kept for this event.
Field Bland was the initial sale for this event before the official release day.
Fortunately, the seminar was full occupancy and got very good reputations.
The instructor did A-OK job, I think.
He might talk too much technical languages.
Fortunately, Chase the Grape sold well.
Thank you very much for Hanshin Department Store to offer us such wonderful opportunity.
After the event, I moved to Kyoto.
I had very nice dinner at Kiln in Shijo-Kiyamachi.
It was an amazingly nice wine bar.
I enjoyed very much for nice dishes and nice wine.
It was a dreamingly nice day.
Thank you so much!
