1st La Croix Gratiot Rose 2019 1700 yen
I chose this one to match the color with the sashimi today.
It is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grown in the estate vineyards in Languedoc by organic method.
I like a lot of charming red berries, lovely fruits acidity and very fine minerals very much.
I want to ask why this rose is so delicious?
You must think that rose wine is very delicious if you taste this one.
Guy Simon & Fils Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Nuits Futs de Chene 2018 2840 yen
It is an upper grade wine of Guy Simon I tasted yesterday.
The standard wine is matured in the cask for 9 months.
This one is matured in the cask 24 months.
The taste is similar.
I felt pure fruits, charming acidity and comfortable mouthfeel.
This one is more concentrated and have a stronger cask nuance.
It is just my favorite style of Burgundy Pinot Noir, too.
However, I prefer to the standard wine I tasted yesterday.
Because I like a light style wine recently.
Also, the price is cheaper than today’s one.
Anyway, this upper grade cuvee is a very fine Burgundy.
