I bought this organic white wine at Wine Shop Todaya in Itabashi last month.
It is made from 40% Riesling, 30% Muller-Thurgau and 30% Bacchus grown in Rhein Hessen Germany.
A huge volume of the cheap commercial sweet wine were produced in Rhein Hessen before.
However, it is a craft style of dry-organic wine.
I felt fresh-delicious fruits, good-sweet nuance, clean acidity and fine minerals.
It is my favorite style of white wine.
Todaya-san always sell only fine and good value wine.
2nd Guy Simon & Fils Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Nuits Pinot Noir 2019 2290 yen
I bought this Burgundy red at Todaya-san last month, too.
Guy Simon is family vineyards and winery in Hautes Cotes de Nuits.
They have produced only Hautes Cotes de Nuits wine for a long time.
It is the standard class wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in the estate winery.
It is a very fine Burgundy.
It is a so beautiful Pinot Noir.
I felt pure fruits, charming acidity and comfortable mouthfeel.
It is just my favorite style of Burgundy Pinot Noir.
While the Burgundy wine prices continue to spiral upward, this price is amazingly reasonable, I think.
Again, Todaya-san sells only fine and good value wine.
