The cold weather returned again today.
I changed the plan of dinner and cooked Kimuchi-Nabe.
Kimuchi-Nabe is my favorite cook recently.
Thanks for the cold day.

Because Kimuchi-Nabe is chili pepper hot, it is difficult to choose a white wine.
I chose this Veneto white wine.
It is made from 100% Pinot Grigio grown in Veneto Italy by sustainable method.
I got a big success.
I felt pure fruits, good citrus and fine minerals.
It is dry-light white wine.
However, it was very good for the hot nabe because it has big volume of fruits.
Tasty! Tasty!
2nd al & dile Merlot 2018 1650 yen
The red wine was very good for Kimuchi-Nabe, too.
Also, it is made from 100% Merlot grown in Veneto Italy by sustainable method.
I felt big fruits, solid acidity and concentrated tannin.
It is full-bodied but the taste is mild and elegant.
All of the tastes are seamlessly well-balanced.
The wine received well the chili heat.
I am sure again it is a very good wine.
