Spring comes closer.

 

Fukimiso, which is a traditional Japanese cooking in spring, was made by daimajo-sama.

 

 

Sashimi today.

 

 

 

 

1st La Croix Gratiot Picpoul de Pinet 2018  1580 yen

Fukimiso is made from an edible wild plant and the taste is bitter.

It is difficult to choose a wine for Fukimiso.

Then I tried this Languedoc white wine.

I was right.

The natural-big-deep fruits of this white wine was good for the bitter of Fukimiso.

Of course, it was very good for sashimi, too.

I always admire La Croix Gratiot wine.

 

 

2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Merlot 2020  870 yen

When it is difficult to select a wine today, I often choose Marquis de Beau Rond recently.

I never fail.

The Merlot taste is the mildest and the most fruity in Marquis de Beau Rond.

It’s always tasty!
