1st La Croix Gratiot Rose 2018 1580 yen
I chose this rose for the pink meets on the starter plate, Prosciutto, Marinated Tune and Hotaruika.
It is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grown in the estate vineyards in Languedoc by organic method.
It is an outstanding pure and charming rose wine.
I felt lovely fruits, beautiful acidity and fine minerals.
I also felt comfortable slight tannins.
It was very, very, very good for the starters.
2nd Domaine de Pepouy Tannat Merlot 2018 1020 yen
It is made from Tannat and Merlot grown in South-West France by sustainable method.
All of the grapes were picked up in midnight with cool temperature to complement fresh fruits flavor.
I felt comfortable tannin from Tannat and rich fruits from Marlot.
It was a so well-balanced red wine.
It was very good for Norwegian Salomon today.
