I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
I love Temaki-Sushi!!
1st La Croix Gratiot Picpoul de Pinet 2019 1650 yen
It got very high reputations at the tasting in Hotel Okura Wine Academy last week.
I lectured that this one is outstandingly good for sushi.
I didn’t tell a lie, never tell a lie.
I love this elegant-juicy citrus and very comfortable minerals.
It was fabulously good for the temaki-sushi today.
I felt a real happiness!
2nd La Croix Gratiot Le Chant des Dolia Rouge 2017 4200 yen
It is the top cuvee of the winery made from Mourvèdre, Syrah and Grenache grown in the estate vineyards in Languedoc.
The part of cuvee was fermented and matured in the Dolia, which is a traditional jar in this area like an amphora.
I felt very complex fruits, seamless-smooth tannin and really comfortable after taste.
It is a full-bodied type of red wine but very good for sushi because of its elegance.
La Croix Gratiot is the truly special winery for me!
