1st Chateau Vannières Heritage Vannieres Rose NV 2000 yen
Chateau Vannières is a very popular winery in Bandol Provence.
It is made from mainly Mourvedle with some Grenache grown in Provence by sustainable method.
The color is rose pink with slight orange.
I felt very elegant fruits, charming acidity and slight honey nuance.
I chose this one for Bonito because both of the color was similar.
It was very good for the Bonito and also very good for the Wagyu steak, too.

2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 870 yen
It was difficult to choose the second wine because the first rose was outstanding.
I gave up to choose some fine wine and chose this one.
I need not think a lot of thing with this one.
It was tasty!
