I gave a lecture at Hotel Okura Wine Academy tonight.
The theme was “How to enjoy South France Wine?”
I sometimes had a lecture here but it was the first time I had a lecture in these few years.
The class is located at The Okura Tokyo Prestage Tower 41F.
You can see the Tokyo Tower in sight.
I chose the tasting wines.

I was happy to get very good reputations about wines.
We also enjoyed a nice marriage between wine and dishes.
I managed to talk about the goodness of South France Wine.
Every students seemed to be interested in South France Wine.
I took a photo with Mr. Akio Watabe, who is the chef sommelier of Hotel Okura Tokyo.
I think I did a good job.
