Gourmet Day!!

I joined in a wine and foods tasting party at the cooking studio of Mai Sawaki, who is a popular foods & wine coordinator.

 

 

It is the part of some food promotion event, I am related to.

 

 

I know Ms. Sawaki for a long time but it may be the first time that we are officially working together.

 

 

All of the recipes are her original new ones.

 

 

She used a lot of fresh vegetables, which she grew herself.

 

 

Her cooks were very nice, very tasty.

I like her natural cooking method.

She doesn’t use any chemical seasonings.

 

 

All of dishes were very good for wine.

 

 

I was surprised at her extremely delicious cooking.

I was sure that this promotion must get a big success.

 

 

 

After the tasting event, I moved to Kawasaki and had some business meeting.

 

 

The we went to a fine soba restaurant in Kawasaki.

 

 

We enjoyed very fine soba cuisines and nice Japan Wine, Arugabranka Clareza and Pipa.  

 

 

Every dish and wine was outstandingly delicious.

 

 

 

 

 

 

It was a gourmet day!
