I waked up at 5:00 am and went to Kooriyama.
I had a lot of business trips recently.
It snowed in Kooriyama.
It was very, very cold.
After the business meeting, I went back to Tokyo.
It was very cold in Tokyo, too.
I bought fresh sashimi on the way to home.
1st Domaine Sogga Nom Indecis 2020
It is made from 62% Sauvignon Blanc, 28% Petit Manseng and 10% Riesling grown Nagano.
I always admire the extraordinary-high quality of Domaine Sogga when I taste.
I felt outstandingly nice fruits, fabulously elegant acidity and marvelously fine minerals.
This one is just as good as some top white wines in the world, I think.
It is a perfect white wine for me.
I couldn’t choose and red wine today because the first white wine was too much good.
Then I tasted some glass of sake…
