The today’s gratin was a special version using a king crab.
Delicious! Delicious!
1st Turckheim Cremant d’Alsace NV 2300 yen
It is made rom 50% Pinot Blanc and 50% Pinot Auxerrois grown in Alsace.
It is a very elegant sparkling wine.
I felt charming babbles, green apple, nice acidity and fine minerals.
Especially, the after taste was so comfortable.
I am sure again that Turckheim produces only very fine wines.
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Grenache Syrah Rose 2029 870 yen
I decided before that I could taste only one bottle of wine per day with daimajo-sama.
The regulation was for my liver health.
However, before I was aware, I tasted one + half bottle of wine every day.
At last, I tried to taste the second bottle today.
This rose was so tasty.
I felt charming aroma, good fruits, nice acidity and fine minerals.
The mouthfeel was really pure and natural.
I drank up the whole bottle promptly.
No problem…
