It is made from 100% Picpoul grown in Languedoc by sustainable method.
I love this elegant mouthfeel.
I felt very pure fruits, beautiful citrus and super-fine minerals.
It is truly delicious.
I drank up a whole bottle very fast.
Then I tasted Montagne Noir Cabernet Sauvignon leftover the day before yesterday.
I tasted it slowly and slowly.
