Koshu Orange Wine

I cooked dinner, Mizutaki-Nabe.

I took a chicken soup from the morning.

 

 

 

 

I boiled chicken bones for eight hours and got a thick white broth.

 

 

 

 

The starts were,

Oysters

 

 

 

 

Maguro Sashimi

 

 

 

 

Mizutaki-Nabe was outstanding!

 

 

 

 

I chose Koshu wine made in Katsunuma

 

 

 

 

Marusan Winery Kamoshi-Koshu 2020  1800 yen

I bought this one at the winery in this month.

It is made from 100% Koushu grown in Yamanashi and macerated with grape skins and seeds.

It is a Koshu Orange Wine.

The pink color skin of Koshu grape made a bright color orange wine.

 

 

 

 

The taste is very nice.

I felt rich fruits, nice acidity and very comfortable light tannins.

It is a really pure, natural and unique style Koshu wine.

I love this one!
