I have been cutting back on wine drinking for one month.
Then I took blood exam again and I received the result today.
My γ-GTP decreased from 225 to 115.
It is still high score but got better.
I will keep the cut back.
I cooked a salad for lunch.
Because my blood-sugar level is just a bit high, I started taking low carbs foods.
At first, I tasted a bottle of “Feudo Antico Terre di Chieti Pecorino” leftover yesterday.
Then I tasted Palazzi Durello Spumante NV 1150 yen
It is a sparkling wine made from 100% Durello grown in Veneto.
It is my favorite Spumante.
I felt flowery aroma, comfortable babbles, nice fruits and good acidity.
So tasty!
I think is has a very high cost performance.
