1st Remoissenet Bourgogne Renommee 2014
I didn’t taste a Bourgogne rouge for a long time.
I felt fresh fruits and crispy acidity even though it has been matured for seven years.
I also felt very nice big berries, delicate tannin and comfortable mouthfeel.
It is not a strong wine but very a beautiful-elegant red wine.
A good Bourgogne has only its own style, I think.
Because I could drink only one bottle with daimajo-sama, I taste this one very carefully and slowly.
I wanted to drink more!
However, It is easier that I wrote this blog only one bottle comment.
