I cooked a Doria using by mashed potato left over last dinner.
That’s good.
No Wine Day

It became cold at a stretch.
A lot of leaves of Cabernet in my garden felt down.
However, the grape clusters still remain.
How shall I do?
1st Rubaiyat Koshu Karoyaka 2020 1980 yen
I bought this one at the winery last week.
It is a brand-new wine of the winery.
It is made from 100% Koshu grown in Iwai Lieu-dit in Katsunuma.
It is fermented by wild yeast using no sugar added.
I felt very pure fruits, fine acidity and nice minerals.
The mouthfeel was very elegant and delicate.
The style is just my favorite one.
Also, daimajo-sama seemed to like this one very much.
She already drank it over the half of bottle when I started drinking.
Oh! No! We could drink only one bottle.
I was very sad…
Fortunately, daimajo-sama allowed me a glass of red wine.
It was tasty…
I want to drink more…..
