No Wine Day
I tasted a bottle of Chardonnay juice made by Kobe Wine from the harvest this year.
I could feel a mood of the wine tasting.
Oct. 12
Vivala Organic Wine Airen & Tempranillo 350 yen
They are a brand-new Spain organic wine imported by Hakutsuru Sudo.
I am a wine consultant of this major sake brewery.
The wine was brought in the container to Japan and bottled in the factory of Hakutsuru.
The white wine is made from Airen and the red wine is made from Tempranillo.
They are not surprisingly tasty but not so bad.
Both of styles are very clean and natural.
I couldn’t find any bad or off flavor.
It is good, I think.
Because the bottle size is small, I could taste a red wine today.
I was happy today.
