No Wine Day
I received the result of my health check last week.
Unfortunately, the liver function has got worse.
Even though I take two No Wine Days every week, two bottles of wine every day is too much, isn’t it?
Doctor recommended me an alcohol abstinence, but it is impossible for me.
Finally, I decide I add one No Wine Day more in a week.
Also, I will drink only one bottle of wine per day.

At first, I was going to taste a red wine because the dinner today was BBQ.
But I wanted to drink a white wine.
Then I opened this special Languedoc white wine.
It is made from 100％ Roussanne grown in the estate vineyards in Languedoc.
It is the top cuvée in the winery.
I felt very rich-concentrated fruits, beautiful citrus and elegant minerals.
I was sure that it was different, it was a super outstanding white wine.
I tasted this one very carefully, very slowly.
I found that I could feel a satisfaction bar drinking only one bottle.
