Actually, I sometimes taste sake a little before tasting wine.
My favorite one recently is Momokawa Junmai Nebuta.
The taste is very pure and clean.
I like this one.
1st Oriol Rossell Xino-Xano Xarel-lo Muscat 2019 1250 yen
It is made from Xarel-lo and Muscat grown the estate vineyards in Penedes by organic method.
The style is really pure and clean.
I felt dry mouthfeel, obvious acidity and fine minerals.
The sweet aroma from Muscat showed charming fruits nuance.
I like this one very much.
Oriol Rossell produces only very fine wines.
2nd Nostrada Garnacha Premium 2016 1000 yen
It is made from 100% Garnacha grown in Campo de Borja.
It has the typical character of inland Spain, which are dark, concentrated and high alcohol.
Without hesitation, I put a lot of ice cubes in the glass from the beginning.
The full-bodied taste changed to fresh and crispy.
It was so tasty.
I recommend this summer style wine drinking.
