Unfortunately, today’s Wagyu was too much fat for me.

It is made from 63% Pinot Noir, 21% Merlot and 16% Syrah grown in the estate vineyards in Yamanashi.
It’s so delicious rose!
I felt the force of Mr. Ogihara, who is the owner & grape grower of the winery.
I think it is something similar to the finest Burgundy rose wine.
Even though the price is expensive as Japanese rose, I am sure it is reasonable.
2nd Gros P&F Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2012 2,600 yen
You don’t often see Gros AOC Pinot Noir, do you?
I thought it was a good choice after taste KSIVIN rose.
It was so elegant and charming Pinot Noir.
The price is very reasonable.
It was a pity that the beef today was too much fat.
