I got a very fresh shore fish at a near supermarket.
I cooked Sashimi.
It was so delicious!
1st Marquis de Beau Rond Chardonnay 2019 870 yen
It was so nice as usual.
I like the pure fruits, elegant citrus and fine minerals.
I couldn’t find any bad aroma, taste or flavor.
It is a perfect daily wine for me.
2nd Bellecourt Pinot Noir 2018 1250 yen
It is a perfect daily Pinot Noir for me.
I love the charming red berries, beautiful acidity, elegant tannin and tender mouthfeel.
I think the price is super reasonable.
