Braised Beef Cheeks in Red Wine

I had a some business dinner.

I skipped the diary today due to various reasons.

No Wine Day



May 20

I was invited to some private wine party from my local wine friend.

He is a chef of French cuisine.


All of the guests enjoyed his excellent cooking very much.






Especially, I was moved by “Braised Beef Cheeks in Red Wine” so much.





It was my best “Braised Beef Cheeks” in my life.

The red wine sauce has kept for 15 years topping up new wine bit by bit.






We tasted several bottles included my Trancadis and Chase the Grape Chenin Blanc. 

They were very nice, too.



I enjoyed the party very much.
