I had a running in the gym of Park Hyatt Tokyo in the morning.
It was the first time I had run on the running machine.
Good job!
By the way to home, I bought fresh seafoods.
Then I cooked Temaki-Sushi.
Very good!
1st Ajimu Wine Albariño 2020 3000 yen
It is one of my most favorite white wines, made from 100% Albariño grown in the estate vineyard in Ajimu Oita.
At first, I felt a very solid and dry nuance.
It had a strong acidity and clear minerals.
Then gradually nice fruits were coming up.
I felt fine citrus fruits.
Also, there were some tropical fruits behind the citrus.
I think it has a long maturing potential.
I want to keep a case of this one.
I am sure it is a very fine white wine.
2nd Fujicco Winery Fujiclair Merlot 2019 2222 yen
The red is my favorite Merlot made in Yamanashi.
I like the natural fruits, pure acidity, fine tannins and comfortable mouthfeel.
The character is very unique and charming.
Tasty!
It was very good for Temaki-Sushi today.
