I got a very fresh Ishidai reeled in the near-shore.
Then I cooked sashimi.
It was quite different.

I came back to Marquis de Beau Rond today.
It was so nice.
I like the fresh fruits, pure citrus and fine minerals.
It was very good for the sashimi today.
It’s my wine!
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 870 yen
The red was Marquis de Beau Rond, too.
I think it is a perfect balance red wine.
Every taste, fruits, acidity, tannin, mouthfeel, after-taste, made a very good harmony.
It was very tasty.
It’s my wine!
