No Wine Day

It was a day off today.
I weed mu garden from the morning.
I battled weeds for three hours.
I got a lot of weeds backs.
So tired!
Then I cooked dinner simply.

1st Takeda Winery White 2018 1760 yen
Well, the cap has changed to screw from this vintage.
It is the first time I tasted this white wine recently.
It is made for 100% Delaware grown in Yamagata.
What a nice white wine is this!
I didn’t feel any bad aroma and flavor which some of Delaware wine has.
I felt pure fruits, elegant acidity and fine minerals.
I was so surprised at this one.
Why does Delaware become such excellent wine?
Amazing! Amazing!
I am sure this one is the best Delaware wine in my life.
2nd Takeda Winery Red 2018 1760 yen
It is made from 100% Muscat Bailey-A grown in Yamagata.
It is a very fine red wine, too.
I felt fine fruits, charming acidity, comfortable tannin and good after taste.
I didn’t feel any bad aroma and taste, like a too much sweet candy, which some Muscat Bailey-A has.
It was very good for beef steak today.
I think this one is very good for foods.
Very nice!
