It is made from Xarel-lo, Macabeo, Parellada and Chardonnay grown in Penedes Spain with no chemicals.
It is “Brut Nature”, no liquor added.
I felt very elegant babble, pure fruits, beautiful acidity and fine minerals.
The mouthfeel was very comfortable.

2nd Grimau Rubicundus 2017 1650 yen
It is made from Tempranillo, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Penedes with no chemicals.
It is a really mild taste wine.
I felt a lot of fine red berries, deep fruits, seamless tannin and comfortable after taste.
There is no boundary between fruits and tannins.
What a mild taste is this!
