1st Grimau Reserva Familiar NV 2200 yen + tax
Grimau is a small family winery in Penedes.
It is the top cuvee Cava of the winery.
It is made from Xarel-lo, Macabeo, Parellada and Chardonnay grown in the estate winery by organic method.
I felt elegant babbles, fresh apple flavor, nice acidity and minerals.
It is a very pure and natural sparkling wine.
Very good!
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 870 yen + tax
Actually, I opened some expensive Pinot Noir at first.
But daimajo-sama didn’t like it.
Then I opened this Marquis de Beau Rond and compared the two bottles.
She preferred to Marquis de Beau Rond.
She said the previous Pinot Noir had some better and bad flavor.
Well, Marquis de Beau Rond doesn’t use any strange additives.
We are sure again that Marquis de Beau taste is very pure and natural.
