I received this new arrival in the end of last month.
It is made from Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Languedoc by natural farming.
I tasted this one again following the last week.
I was sure again that it is an outstandingly tasty rose wine.
I love the charming berries like a raspberry, strawberry, red cherry and cranberry.
I love the pure acidity and fine minerals.
Beautiful!
2nd Chateau Fongrave Bordeaux Rouge 2016 1500 yen + tax
It is made from Merlot and Cabernet Franc grown in Saint-Macaire Bordeaux by sustainable farming.
It has an authentic Bordeaux red style like a Saint-Emillion Grand Cru.
I felt rich fruits, dense acidity and solid tannin.
The taste is concentrated but also elegant.
I felt very nice mouthfeel and very good after taste.
I am sure again that it is a very fine Bordeaux rouge.
