No Wine Day

It was the annual “The Roast Chicken Day” today at my home.
I don’t know the reason why we cook chicken in this season.
Year by year, the party scale becomes smaller, but we kept the event.
I cooked the starter, Seafood Cocktail.
The chicken roasted up very well.
Delicious!
Daimajo-sama baked a strawberry cake, too.
We enjoyed “The Roast Chicken Day”, as well.
1st Araldica Asti Seco NV 1350 yen + tax
Mostly, Asti spumante is produced as sweet type.
However, this one is a dry type.
I felt aromatic flavor, soft babbles, good fruits and fresh acidity.
It is a very cute sparkling wine.
2nd Al & Dile Pinot Grigio 2018 1650 yen + tax
I think Al & Dile is the best brand- new wine in Relax Wine new arrivals in this year.
I love this white wine.
I felt white flower aroma, pure fruits, beautiful acidity and fine minerals.
It is a really fine white wine.
3rd Al & Dile Pinot Nero 2018 1650 yen +tax
It sold very well in this year.
I think it has an outstanding quality in this class.
It is the best Pinot Noir for me in this price zone.
I love the clear aroma, charming red berries, nice acidity, silky tannin and fine-long after taste.
It was very good for the roast chicken tonight.
