I become increasingly familiar with Zoom meeting.
I hosted an online meeting at the first time today.
1st Oriol Rossell Xino-Xano Xarel-lo / Muscat 2019 1250 yen + tax
It is an organic wine made in Penedes Spain.
The bottle shape has changed to Burgundy type from this vintage.
Looks nice!
I think this vintage is the best one I have ever tasted.
I felt very pure fruits, nice acidity, clean minerals and elegant mouthfeel.
I like this one very much.
2nd Oriol Rossell Xino-Xano Merlot / Syrah 2019 1250 yen + tax
The bottle shape of the red wine has changed, too.
Also the name indication has changed from ” Syrah / Merlot” to ” Merlot / Syrah”
The style of the red wine was dark and heavy made by mainly Syrah before.
Recently, the style has changed to light and elegant made by mainly Merlot.
It’s according to my request.
The alcohol degree is 13%.
It is a low level in this area.
I like this pure fruits, good acidity and mild tannins.
I like this one very much, too.
