It was the third days of visiting York Mart.

I met a lot of Relax Wine, too.
It was a very nice visit.
After I came home, I cooked Yakiniku dinner with the beef I bought York Mart Yachiyodai.
It was very delicious!
1st La Cave de Chaintre Saint Veran 2017 2000 yen + tax
Relax Beaujolais Nouveau 2000 arrived at Narita Airport yesterday.
This Burgundy white wine is made by the winery owned by Cave Julienas, which is the winery producing Relax Beaujolais Nouveau.
This one is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Saint Veran, Maconnais.
I felt very clean fruits and clear minerals.
I was sure again it was a very fine Burgundy wine.
2nd Chateau Bois de la Salle Julienas 2018 1850 yen + tax
The winery is also owned by Cave Julienas.
It is made from 100% Gamey grown in Cru Julienas in Beaujolais.
I felt very charming red fruits, fine acidity and light tannins.
Gamey becomes such fine Burgundy wine.
Delicious!
