The main dish at the dinner today was Samma!

It was the first Samma in this season.

 

 

 

Samma was very casual fish before but it has become an expensive one recently.

It is difficult to find and catch Samma recently because of the weather change.

 

 

I also had nice cheeses.

 

 

 

1st Cescon Ribolla Gialla 2018  1100 yen + tax

It is made from 100% Ribola Gialla grown in Veneto Italy.

The style is really pure and natural.

I like the clean fruits, good acidity and fine minerals.

The mouthfeel is elegant but also very strong.

I was amazed that it was good for the better of Samma organs.

 

 

2nd Cescon Raboso 2018  1100 yen + tax

It is made from 100% Raboso grown in Veneto Italy.

I often taste this one at my home.

The taste is very charming and elegant.

It is a perfect wine for Japanese daily dishes, I think.

So tasty!

 

Anyway, I was surprised that Alice, a daughter of Alberto who was the owner of Cescon Winery, became a subscriber of my YouTube yesterday.
