I cooked dinner.
I got a very fresh Madai at Odakyu OX near my home.
I cooked it Carpaccio.
Green Salad

The long name wine!
It has the longest name in Relax Wine.
It is made in Loire from 100 % Muscadet.
I like the pure fruits, nice citrus, good acidity and fine minerals.
I tasted this one with ice temperature.
I am sure again it is a very good for the summer drink.
It is one of the most favorite Relax white wines by daimajo-sama.
2nd Lieubeau Pinot Noir 2018 1700 yen + tax
This Pinot Noir is made in Loire, too.
Lieubeau is a famous Muscadet producer but they also produce a lot of varietal wines recently.
I like this natural Pinot Noir very much.
I felt charming aroma, elegant red berries, nice acidity and silky tannins.
The style is really cool, pure and natural.
I tasted this one very chilled.
