Well, this fine sparkling wine is always so tasty!
2nd Oriol Rossell Xino-Xano Tinto 2018 1250 yen + tax
Oriol Rossell is very popular as a sparkling wine producer.
However, they also produce some nice table wines.
It is made from Syrah and Merlot grown in the estate vineyards in Penedes by organic method.
I felt dense fruits, nice acidity and very comfortable mouthfeel.
Even though it has a good structure, the taste is very cool sand elegant.
I drank it chilled.
So tasty!
