Oriol Rossell standard Brut is a very popular Relax Wine.
However, this Rose is also very nice.
It is made from Pinot Noir and Garnacha grown in the estate vineyard in Penedes by organic method.
I felt elegant babbles, charming red berries and good acidity.
It is a really delicious sparkling wine.
It made a very good pairing with Carpaccio Kiwifruits sauce today.
2nd Oriol Rossell Xino-Xano Blanco 1250 yen + tax
Oriol Rossell is well-known as a fine Cava winery.
However, they also produces fine still wines.
It is made from Xal-lero, Macabeo and Parellada grown in the estate vineyard in Penedes by organic method.
I felt rich fruits, fine acidity and good minerals.
I also found a slight honey nuance behind.
It was good for Roast Chicken today.
