Jun. 25
It was the fourth day in Languedoc.
We went to Cave de Roquebrun in Saint-Chinian in the morning.
There were nine wineries people in Saint-Chinian waited for us.
<br>
It was a hard work to face all of them and tasted and commented about their wines.
We tried over 30 wines seriously.
My selfie stick worked very well to make good communication with them.

It seemed to be the first time for them they had seen the stick even though a selfie was very popular here.
When I took it, everybody started laughing and relaxed even though a difficult craftsman.
After the event, we went to “Petit Nice”, a very nice restaurant in Rouebrun.
Ms. Nelly Belot, who is the representative of Saint-Chinian Wine Association.
We really enjoyed marvelous dishes with Sait-Chinian fine wine left over the tasting.
I always prefer to drinking and eating than tasting.
After the lunch, we were guided to vineyards and saw typical sandstone soil.
The soils store up heat during the day and release it at night.
Also the soils keep the water.
They makes the microclimates.
Then moved to Meze, an old port town in Mediterranean, and checked in the hotel today at the beach of a big lagoon.
“What a beautiful place is this!”
However, as soon as the checking in, we moved to Montpellier to tried a professional tasting again.
Mr. Jean-Philippe Granier, the representative of AOC Languedoc, welcomed us at Chateau Languedoc.
Also, there were nine wineries people in AOC Languedoc waited for us.
It was a hard work to face all of them and tasted and commented about their wines.
We tried over 30 wines seriously.
I roused myself and faced winemakers.
It was like a triathlon competition.
The selfie stick worked very much, too.
Good job, my stick!
My selfish worked in the bas, too.
The dinner tonight was held at a nice restaurant at a near harbor.
We enjoyed the dinner very much with local wine left over from the tasting.
I was sure again local foods and local wine made a very nice harmony.
The selfie stick worked very well here, too.
Ms. Estelle Nijhof, the member of staff in CIVL, looked to be excited to take a selfie, too.
Finally, we managed to finish the event.
