I went to “Yakitori Kaname”
in Okusawa, which is a popular Yakitori and Japan Wine bar.
It was the first time I had been here, even though they are a good client of mine for a long time.
“What a stylish yakitori bar is this!”
Every yakitori was so delicious.
They were very fresh, juicy and beautiful.
They were outstanding yakitoris.
I think it is the best yakitori in my life.
I tasted glass of beer and Zao Star white wine.
Then I tried to taste a bottle of Domaine Oyamada Seba Rouge, which is made by a new-small private winery in Nagano very difficult to find.
I tasted this rare wine at the first time.
I felt very dense fruits, silky tannin and deep fines.
The after taste was surprisingly long.
I was moved a lot.
I really admire Mr. Oyamada, the owner and wine maker.
Thank you very much for such a fantastic dinner.
I was really moved tonight!
