We held an annual staff wine-dinner party at Portus, which is a new French restaurant in Aoyama.
Almost all staff in Cave de Relax gathered there.
Mr. Iwai, who is the owner & sommelier, is the member of Austria Wine Ambassadors.
Mr. Beppu, who is a manager of us, is also the member of them.
Because of their good relationship, we could held a nice party today even though it was a holiday.
We enjoyed delicious cuisines very much cooked by Mr. Togashi, the chef de cuisine.
All dishes were very unique and beautiful.
We had a very good time with Cave de Relax wines.
We also had a surprisingly old Bordeaux vintage, too.
We had one more surprise tonight.
It was the birthday of Erika, who is the youngest staff in Cave de Relax.
We kept a confidence to arrange the birthday ceremony for her.
Congratulations! Elika!
