2nd BM Mathieu Beaujolais Nouveau 2015 2300 yen
It is Cave de Relax’s original Nouveau made by a small “Domaine winery” in Beaujolais with Terra Vitis method.
I was surprised at seeing the analysis, which said left SO2 19mg/L.
It is a kind of “No Sulfur”.
It is very clean, very well-balanced.
I felt very charming red berries a lot.
It is a really fine Beaujolais Nouveau.
I am sure again 2015 is a great vintage 2015.
