I bought it at Amoureuse, a new wine shop in Shirokanedai.
I was surprised at the super fine taste of this one.
I was impressed in tremendously good acidity, pure fruits and comfortable mouthfeel.
The style is really delicate and elegant.
It may be my best Burgundy rose wine in my life.
Delicous!
2nd Domaine Chevillon Bourgogne Rouge 2017 I bought it at Amoureuse, too.
It has a very good structure.
I felt rich fruits, good tannin and decent acidity.
I was sure it is a very fine Burgundy red wine.
The style is similar to Alberto’s Pinot Nero.
The price is quite different, isn’t it?
