The 6th day in South Africa.

Feb. 19

It was the 6th day in South Africa.

I visited to MAN Family Wines, in Stellenbosch.

Man is a négociant winery built by Jose and Tyrel 20 years ago.

Our long-best seller Pangolin is produced here.

The cellar has moved and remodeled recently.

The cellar used to be one of top wineries in South Africa.

However, they didn’t work well a while ago.

Man bought the cellar and have been tring to the winery become top one.

Livland is the estate wine brand.

I am looking forward to tasting the top cuvee here near future.

Jose took me the top hills of vineyards.

Oh! What a great view of the wine land!

By the way, we made a small stop at Lingen, which is Jose ‘s private vineyard.

Jose has conversed vines from Cabernet Sauvignon to Mourvedre, recently.

After we came back to Jose’ house.

I organized a Temaki-Sushi party.

Sashimi is difficult to get here.

I ordered fresh fishes through Post Card Cafe.

The fish arrived early evening.

Oh!

What a big Yellow Tail!

Maguro and octopus was also very big.

They had hard skins.

I fought the fishes very hard.

It was a difficult battle.

Finally, fortunately, I won.

I made a very nice sushi table.

Many wine friends Joined in the party.

Everybody looked to enjoy the sushi deeply.

South Africa wines showed outstandingly great marriage with sushi today!
