I joined to a new-year-party of my old friends in Mercian, which is the biggest winery in Japan and a major wine importer, which is my first company in my carrier.
We gathered at JaJa-Uma, a traditional Japanese bar owned by one of the old friends in Mercian, in Jujo.
Mr. Ajimura used to be the chief winemaker in Mercian.
He started his own winery “Domaine Kosei” and will be soon release the first vintage.
I am very looking forward to tasting his wine.
Someone brought “Ocean White Whisky”, which used to be the flagship whisky in Mercian,
It’s no more now.
The bottle was produced over 35 years ago.
I was surprised at tasting it.
Tasty!
It was a very, very, very nice party.
Let’s gather again!
