1st Hamada Vineyards Bacchus 2018
I received this white wine from a new vineyards in Mikasa Hokkaido.
I tasted Chardonnay-Sauvignon 2018 sent by the same winery last 20th December.
I was deeply surprised at the high quality.
Also, this Bacchus is amazing!
It is an outstandingly fine Bucchus.
I love this very fine aroma, tremendously pure fruits, super comfortable acidity and minerals.
It is the first vintage of the winery.
Only 556 bottles were produced.
We will soon receive 12 bottles of this Bucchus.
2nd Maison Yui T4 Campbell Early 2018
It is produced by a new winery in Yoichi Hokkaido, too.
Cambell Early is not often used for wine making, because the grape has too much sweet aroma.
However, this one has very moderate and elegant aroma, nice acidity and minerals.
The winery doesn’t use too much technic for wine making.
The taste is very pure and natural.
It is very unique style red wine but I like this one very much.
