I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
Probably, it was the last temaki-sushi in this year.
Delicious!
1st Hamada Vineyard Blunc 2018 4,500 yen
It is the first vintage of the new winery.
Mr. & Mrs. Hamada, the owner of the vineyard, used to be a doctor.
After their long carrier, they quit doctor and started a grape growing five years ago.
Finally, they released the first vintage.
It is made from 70% Chardonnay and 30% Sauvignon Blanc.
I was amazed at the outstanding quality of this white wine.
I felt marvelously concentrated fruits aroma, fabulously elegant acidity, tremendously comfortable mineral and very long after taste.
I felt as if I were tasting some great Burgundy white wine.
Surprise! Surprise!
Only 250 bottles produce.
Unfortunately, it was already out of stock at the winery.
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Pinot Noir 2017 1,000 yen
My baby got the award of “Umayasu-Taisho” of Real Wine Guide #68.
I was very happy.
The taster comment is following,
“I felt very pure red fruits, berries and cherries, in the comfortable body. The nice juicy taste has been staying in my mouth. The price only 1000 yen is like a dream.”
