It was a very cold day in Tokyo.

It is made from 50% Colombard and 50% sauvignon Blanc grown in Gascogne, South-East France.
It is made by cold maceration method and kept in tank by Sur Lie method.
I felt very fresh fruits aroma and very sharp minerals.
The taste is so cool.

2nd Borgo di Colloredo Molise Rosso 2015 1450 yen + tax
It is made from 100% Montepulciano grown by organic method in Molise.
It has very dense fruits, nice acidity and mild tannin.
It is a full-body style but also very soft and elegant.
The taste is very mild.
