I went to Mt. Oyama and visited to Oyama Shrine and Temple.
It was late to see colored leaves.
However, there were not so busy because of the season off.
Also, it was a very fine weather.
I enjoyed very nice atmosphere of Oyama mountain.
I had a very good Tofu dishes at lunch.
Tasty!
After I went back home, I had a very delicious Unagi Rice cooked by daimajo-sama.
It was so delicious!
1st Oriol Rossell Xino-Xano Xarel-lo Muscat 2019 Sample Tasting
It was the new vintage sample of Oriol Rossell received by air.
It is made by Xarel-lo and Muscat grown in the estate vineyard in Penedes by organic method.
The bottle and labels were completely changed from this vintage.
It looks so nice.
I felt very fresh sweet aroma from Muscat and very sharp acidity from Xarel-lo, which made a very good harmony.

2nd Oriol Rossell Xino-Xano Merlot Syrah 2018 Sample Tasting
The new red wine is vintage 2018.
It is made from Merlot and Syrah grown in the estate vineyard in Penedes by organic method, too.
The new bottle sharp and label design is very stylish.
I felt very dense fruits, good acidity and mild tannin.
The style is full-bodied but also elegant.
It was a very well-balanced red wine.
