1st Peter Mertes Bernkastel-Kues Riesling Kabinete 2015 Sample Tasting
The German white wine is imported by Hakutsuru Shuzo, which is the biggest sake brewery in Japan.
Recently, the wine got the award of “The Best Oyster Wine 2019”.
Well, it’s tasty.
I felt clean fruits, nice acidity and fine Riesling petrol.
I was sure it is very good for oyster.
Very good!

I have imported Australia Wine at the first time in these fifteen years.
The white wine is produced by Dai Naito, who is my son.
He worked in Mottox, which is major wine importer in Japan, for six years.
Then he moved Katsunuma Winey and making wine.
Then he went to Australia and worked in some wineries for two years.
Recently, he have been working at Denton View Hill Vineyrad in Yarra Valley.
He grew a few vines of Sauvignon Blanc and produced wine only 300 bottles.
I visited his winery in last May and tasted his wine from the cask.
That was very nice.
Then I decided to import them.
Because the taste is very delicate, I import them by air.
It was the first release day today.
I felt very dense fruits, very nice acidity and deep-fine minerals.
It may be parent fools but it is a very nice Sauvignon Blanc.
Mmmmm….
