I saw a lot of big disasters by the super-big Typhoon.
I am so sad….
1st Domaine Pech Pouille Blanc 2018 1000 yen+tax
It made from 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Chardonnay grown in Languedoc.
I felt elegant fruits, fine citrus and nice minerals.
It has an almost perfect balance, I think.
Tasty!
2nd Chateau Beauchene Cotes du Rhone 2016
It is a gift from my old French friend.
I felt very dense fruits and silky tannin.
The taste was super mild.
I am sure it is a very fine Cotes du Rhone.
